At Machine Rebuilders, we know that most machine tools are made to be rebuilt. We can even make and repair parts that others can’t provide to repair older machines. Our in-house capability allows us to customize or specialize your machine tools
if needed for improved production. We dismantle, clean, restore, and refurbish your equipment, even send it back with a new coat of paint, working better than new.
Machine Rebuilders onsite crane and lifting capability means you’ll save on shipping, as we can load and unload your machine tools at our facility using our own equipment and personnel.

Our Way
Grinder cuts the time and cost of way alignment of
small engine lathes, knee mills, and surface
grinders by over 50%. Setup time is fast. Way
scraping is no longer necessary. Soft or Hardened
way surfaces are accurately ground flat and
parallel. Complete or partial components of machines

Our laser’s computer generated data and graphs show how your equipment is failing and where repairs are required before any work is performed. The laser inspection, measures guide way deviation from precise reference planes and is used to inspect the machine for straightness, flatness, squareness, parallelism, and twist.
